Warranty Policy
WaveCura is committed to providing reliable products and professional after-sales support. This Warranty Policy applies to WaveCura Shockwave Therapy Machines purchased directly from the WaveCura website or from an authorized WaveCura seller.
One-Year Limited Warranty
WaveCura provides a one-year limited warranty from the date your order is delivered.
During the warranty period, if your Shockwave Therapy Machine experiences a defect in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use, WaveCura will provide repair service in accordance with this Warranty Policy.
What Is Covered
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures that occur during normal use of the equipment, provided that:
- The product was purchased from WaveCura or an authorized seller;
- The product has been used according to its user manual, instructions, warnings, and intended purpose;
- The product has not been modified, disassembled, or repaired by an unauthorized third party; and
- You can provide valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or invoice.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function;
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, improper storage, or improper maintenance;
- Damage caused by failure to follow the user manual or safety instructions;
- Damage caused by unauthorized repair, alteration, disassembly, or modification;
- Damage caused by use with non-approved accessories, power supplies, or components;
- Loss or damage caused during return shipment when the product is not properly packaged; or
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
How to Request Warranty Service
If you believe your device requires warranty service, please contact us before returning the product.

Please include the following information in your request:
- Your name and order number;
- The email address used when placing the order;
- The product model and serial number, if available;
- A clear description of the issue;
- Photos or videos showing the issue, if possible; and
- Your current delivery address.
Our support team will review your request and may provide troubleshooting guidance before arranging a repair return.
Return-to-Repair Process
If the device needs to be inspected or repaired, WaveCura will provide you with the appropriate return address based on your location and service availability.
Please do not return the device to any address without first receiving return instructions from WaveCura.
After receiving the return instructions, please carefully package the device and send it to the designated service address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt until the repair process is complete.
Once the device is received, our technical team will inspect it and confirm whether the issue is covered under warranty. If covered, WaveCura will repair the device and arrange its return after service is completed.
Repair Service
For warranty-approved repairs, WaveCura will cover the cost of repair labor and replacement parts required to correct a covered manufacturing defect.
If inspection determines that the issue is not covered by this Warranty Policy, we will contact you before proceeding with any paid repair service. Where possible, we will provide information about the repair options and associated costs.
Important Notes
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Repair or replacement parts provided under this Warranty Policy may be new, repaired, or refurbished parts of equivalent performance and quality.
This Warranty Policy does not affect any consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
